John was recommended by a local realtor that I knew. I wanted to sell the property without actually going there. John managed EVERYTHING including getting offers, sales contracts, inspections, clean-up and final closing. It was a rocky sale with an initial buyer backing out on the very last day of escrow, but within 24 hours, John rebounded and had 3 more offers, one of which I accepted. This guy is gem, pleasantly no-nonsense.

John not only made recommendations for top contractors to clean and fix up the house to prepare for sale, he helped to facilitate that the work was done and done well. On top of the issues with the condition of the house, we had people trespass and grade a road through our property in order to reach their land locked property.
